These Terms apply to all services provided by 344bd, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, Lucky Dice, and all financial transactions conducted through the platform. These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the 344bd Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between 344bd and each registered player.

344bd operates as an online entertainment and betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. The platform is accessible via web browser on any device and does not require the installation of a dedicated application. All services are provided in English and all financial transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

344bd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and will be published on the 344bd website. Continued use of the platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms published separately, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for the matter to which they specifically relate. In all other respects, these Terms take precedence.

To access the full range of 344bd services, including placing bets and making deposits, you must create a registered player account. Registration is free of charge and open to residents of Bangladesh who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Each individual may hold only one active account on 344bd. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact 344bd support immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 344bd will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify 344bd immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

344bd reserves the right to refuse account registration, or to close an existing account, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, provided that any legitimate funds held in the account at the time of closure are returned to the player after applicable verification checks.

344bd operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. KYC documentation may also be requested at any other time at 344bd's discretion, including following large deposits or unusual account activity.

Acceptable KYC documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladesh passport (bio page clearly visible)
• Bangladesh driving licence (front and back)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address (issued within the last 90 days)

All submitted documents must be valid, legible, and unaltered. Submission of fraudulent, edited, or invalid documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds. 344bd may also report such conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

KYC verification is typically completed within 1–3 business days of document submission. 344bd support will notify you by email once verification is complete or if additional documentation is required.

344bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency transactions are supported. The following payment methods are currently available on the 344bd platform:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard linked to a Bangladesh-issued bank account

Minimum deposit: ৳500 via mobile wallet; ৳1,000 via bank transfer. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the payment method. These limits are displayed on the deposit page and may be adjusted by 344bd from time to time.

Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. 344bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's name.

Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–4 business hours. 344bd does not charge any platform fee on deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

344bd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion. Withdrawals may be temporarily held pending KYC completion or investigation of account activity. 344bd will communicate the reason for any hold to the affected player within 24 hours.

Players are prohibited from depositing funds that are the proceeds of any criminal activity. 344bd operates anti-money laundering controls and will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required.

All bets placed on 344bd are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict, sport-specific or market-specific rules take precedence for the relevant market.

Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid and binding once you receive a confirmed bet receipt showing a unique bet reference number. Bets that have not been confirmed — for example, due to a disconnection during the bet placement process — are not valid and will not be honoured.

Bet settlement: 344bd settles all bets based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA, or other applicable authority). In the event of an official result being revised after initial settlement, 344bd reserves the right to re-settle the affected bets in accordance with the revised official result.

Void bets: 344bd reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault or human error
• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being declared
• Match irregularities, suspected match-fixing, or corruption concerns have been raised by the relevant governing body
• The player was found to have placed the bet in violation of these Terms

Maximum winnings: 344bd may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are displayed on the relevant market page. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum may be reduced to the applicable limit at 344bd's sole discretion.

Live (in-play) betting: Bets placed during live events are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. 344bd reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time, including immediately following a significant in-play event, without prior notice. Once a live bet is confirmed, it will not be voided solely because the market was subsequently suspended.

All casino games available on the 344bd platform — including live dealer tables, slot machines, crash games, and instant-win games — are provided by independent third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific ruleset as determined by the respective provider.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness and randomness. 344bd does not alter, override, or manipulate game outcomes in any way. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is disclosed within the game's information panel.

Game disconnection: In the event that your internet connection is disrupted during a casino game round, the game server will continue to process the round to completion based on the last confirmed action. The result of the round will be applied to your account balance accordingly. 344bd will not void a casino game result solely on the basis of a player-side disconnection.

Minimum and maximum stakes: Each casino game has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface before a round begins. Players are responsible for reviewing these limits before placing their stake.

Any malfunction of casino game software voids all pays and plays for the affected round. In such circumstances, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the player's account balance. 344bd will notify affected players by email where a game malfunction results in a reversal of a completed round.

344bd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion, typically 20x–30x the bonus amount) before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn as real money.
• Game contribution: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Sports bets and live casino tables typically contribute 100%; slot games contribute 100%; other games may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 30 days from the date of issuance. Any uncompleted wagering requirement and any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.

344bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn or modified after a player has already opted in, 344bd will honour the original terms for that player's existing bonus balance at the time of the change.

Bonuses are a courtesy and not a right. 344bd reserves the right to decline to offer a bonus to any player at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 344bd platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and their case referred for investigation. 344bd may withhold funds during an investigation and forfeit them upon confirmed breach.

• Fraud and financial crime: Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity; using stolen payment credentials; initiating fraudulent chargebacks.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers; making deposits and withdrawals designed to clear bonuses without genuine play intent; using any method to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of a game, table, or betting market for mutual financial gain.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform in a manner that is not conducted by a human player in real time.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, pricing mistake, or system vulnerability on the 344bd platform. Any winnings derived from an exploited error will be voided.
• Match-fixing and corruption: Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of any attempt to fix, manipulate, or corrupt the result of any sporting event or casino game, and placing bets in connection with such knowledge.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access 344bd services by any person under the age of 21.
• Impersonation: Accessing another player's account, or registering using another person's identity or payment details.

344bd cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will provide account information and transaction records where required by a lawful request.

344bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity or payment information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity
• A court order or instruction from a law enforcement authority
• The player requests voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email within 24 hours. 344bd aims to complete investigations within 14 business days. Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach, any bonus balances and any funds reasonably linked to the breach may be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds not associated with the breach will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their own 344bd account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in the normal course and the resulting balance returned to the player.

All content on the 344bd platform — including but not limited to the 344bd brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 344bd or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 344bd platform solely for the purpose of personal entertainment and betting in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 344bd content without prior written consent from 344bd.

Third-party game content, trademarks, and logos displayed on 344bd (including those of Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other providers) remain the property of their respective owners and are used by 344bd under valid licence agreements.

344bd makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 344bd will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during periods of scheduled maintenance, emergency technical intervention, or circumstances beyond 344bd's reasonable control.

344bd shall not be liable for any loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues on the player's side
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials
• Errors in odds or game data published by third-party data providers, where 344bd has acted in good faith on such data
• Events of force majeure including natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or civil unrest

In any event, 344bd's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

344bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, 344bd will notify all registered players via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. A notice will also be displayed prominently on the 344bd platform for the same period.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and changes that do not materially affect player rights — may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon publication on the platform.

Your continued use of the 344bd platform after any amended Terms have come into effect constitutes your full acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Any bets placed or transactions initiated before the amended Terms take effect will continue to be governed by the Terms in force at the time the bet or transaction was initiated.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 344bd operates as an online entertainment platform providing services to Bangladesh players. All references to currency in these Terms are to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.

In the event of any dispute between you and 344bd arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or any transaction on the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 344bd support at [email protected]. 344bd aims to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days and to reach a resolution within 28 business days of the initial notification.

344bd's decisions on matters relating to bet settlement, bonus eligibility, account management, and technical malfunctions are final, subject to the informal dispute resolution process described above. 344bd will provide written reasons for any decision that materially affects a player's account balance upon request.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the informal dispute resolution process, you retain any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
